Kaver Laminates Ltd was founded in 2009 and brings over 25 years of experience in producing high-quality glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) mouldings. We are a team of skilled makers who take pride in creating products with our hands. Our GRP work supports major names such as Williams Jet Tenders, Anglian Water, and leading companies across the marine, automotive, leisure, and utility sectors. When you join us, you’re helping build products used across the UK and beyond.
We are now looking for GRP Laminators who want to learn, create, and take pride in real craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- A good understanding of GRP processes such as wet lay-up and applying gel coats
- Experience using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well in a small team and independently
Experience is helpful but if you have the right attitude and want to learn a skilled trade, we will train you.

Job Details
- Full-time role
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-3:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm
- Salary: £27,000 per year up to £33,000 per year depending on skills and experience
