Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician living in the North West area looking for a Mobile Service mobile role? Monday to Friday role. Day shifts. Salary – Up to £49,000, depending on experience.
The role of the Mobile HGV Technician:
- You will be travelling within a designated area and have use of a fully equipped van.
- You will be working on a variety of vehicles, from tractor and trailer units, to RCV’s, sweepers and gritters.
We are looking for a self-motivated and independent HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician who can travel to our clients various workshops in a designated area conducting:
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency Breakdowns
- Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites
- Engine work and diagnostic investigations
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections
Requirements for this Mobile Service Engineer position:
- Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.
- Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable, as would an HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence but not essential.
Location: Covering the North West
Day shift: Monday to Friday
45 hours per week, Salary up to £49,000 p/a plus overtime
Permanent, full time position
