Mobile HGV Technician in Northumberland

Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician living in the Northumberland area looking for a Mobile or Field role? Monday to Friday role. 45 hours per week, 07:30 – 17:30 Salary – Up to £50,000, depending on experience The role of the Mobile HGV Technician: You will be travelling within a designated area and have use of a fully equipped van. You will be working on a variety of vehicles, from tractor and trailer units, to RCV’s, sweepers and gritters. We are looking for a self-motivated and independent HGV Fitter/Mechanic/Technician who can travel to our clients various workshops in a designated area conducting:- Preventative Maintenance- Emergency Breakdowns- Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites- Engine work and diagnostic investigations- Hydraulics and pneumatics?- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections? Requirements for this Mobile HGV Technician position:Ideally you will be fully qualified (City Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable, as would an HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence but not essential.
