Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician living in the Lincolnshire area looking for a Mobile or Field role? Monday to Friday role. 45 hours per week, 07:30 - 17:30. Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience.
The role of the Mobile HGV Technician:
- You will be travelling within a designated area and have use of a fully equipped van.
- You will be working on a variety of vehicles, from tractor and trailer units to RCVs, sweepers and gritters.
- We are looking for a self-motivated and independent HGV Fitter/Mechanic/Technician who can travel to our clients' various workshops in a designated area conducting:
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency Breakdowns
- Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites
- Engine work and diagnostic investigations
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections
Requirements for this Mobile HGV Technician position:
- Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.
- Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable, as would an HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence but not essential.
Mobile HGV Technician Location: Gainsborough, Scunthorpe and surrounding areas. Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:30. 45 hours per week, Permanent, full time position.
