The Role
- You’ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a varied and diverse fleet.
- Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs)
- Light commercial vehicles (vans)
- Routine and preventative maintenance
- MOT preparation
- 6- or 8-weekly safety inspections
- Chassis and fabrication work
- Electrical diagnostics, wiring, and repairs
- A strong understanding of commercial vehicle mechanics
