Kaur Sutherland is a growing law firm and is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Ayr in 2026. As part of the firm’s continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team and contribute to the establishment and development of this new office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience and a comprehensive background in private client work, including:
- Will drafting and estate planning
- Powers of Attorney
- Executry administration
- Trusts
- Wealth management and succession planning
The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team operating across six offices. A high standard of client care and strong organisational skills are essential. This position is full-time and office-based at the firm’s Ayr office. Salary: Competitive and negotiable, commensurate with experience.
