We are looking for a reliable, friendly female personal assistant to support a 59 year old lady with a moderate learning disability in Grantham. Flexible hours available including days, evenings and sleep-ins.

About the role:

  • Support will focus on promoting independence, confidence and a good quality of life.
  • Duties include:
    • Supervised visits to friends going out for coffee, shopping trips and cinema outings
    • Preparing meals and encouraging healthy routines
    • Supervising personal care
    • Providing companionship and helping her enjoy everyday activities

About you:

  • Female (genuine occupational requirement due to personal care needs)
  • Kind, patient and supportive
  • Able to encourage independence while offering appropriate supervision
  • Reliable and comfortable working flexible hours
  • Experience in care is helpful but not essential

£13.71 per hour. Car driver an advantage. Post subject to references and DBS check.
