This is an employed PA position working directly with Katy Moore Property Agent and KM Design and Build. It is not a self-employed or commission-based role.
As founder of Katy Moore Property Agent and KM Design and Build, I work across luxury residential property sales and high-end building and design projects. Both brands are growing, design-led and detail-driven, working with clients who value quality, presentation and thoughtful execution. The business is built around high standards, strong organisation and a genuine passion for beautiful homes. As we continue to expand, I'm looking for the right person to grow with us.
This is not a traditional admin position. We are looking for a sharp, proactive PA to support me across Luxury Residential Property Sales and Building & Design Projects - someone who genuinely loves beautiful homes, thoughtful design and the detail that makes things exceptional. The core role is 20 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are structured. For the right person, there is potential for this to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.
You will run the back office properly managing my diary, protecting my time and keeping projects moving while also playing a genuine role in marketing and brand growth. If you are looking to simply assist, this role won't suit you. If you care about quality, presentation and building something exciting, read on.
Key Responsibilities- Full diary and inbox management (prioritising intelligently, not just booking meetings)
- Back-office organisation and workflow management
- Coordinating viewings, site visits and key meetings
- Liaising confidently with clients, architects, designers and contractors
- Preparing polished property details and presentation documents
- Tracking timelines across sales and build projects
- Social Media & Marketing
This is a significant part of the role. You will be involved with:
- Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Planning and organising content days
- Supporting video creation and property shoots alongside photographers and videographers
- Agent collaborations and networking
- Event support and property launches
- Creating content using ever evolving tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, AI platforms
You do not need to be a full-time marketer, but you must be excited by digital platforms, understand presentation and be genuinely interested in how a brand grows within the luxury space.
The Ideal Candidate- Previous PA / EA experience (property, construction or design experience desirable)
- Highly organised and commercially aware
- Confident managing someone else's time and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Visually aware with strong attention to detail
- A driver with your own car
- Comfortable visiting properties, attending site meetings and being hands-on
- Most importantly, you will want to grow with the business. There is real opportunity for this role to develop into something bigger over time, with increased responsibility across operations, marketing and brand.
