Role overview: As Security Lead you will join as Kato’s first dedicated security hire, owning security across our product and corporate estate. You'll bring a balance of hands-on technical capability, experience applying security best practices in product-led scale-ups, and the pragmatism to build the right-sized solutions our stage demands. You'll design and lead on security initiatives with the ambition and potential to grow a team around you as Kato scales.
