We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join KatKin on a full-time 6 month contract, with the potential for it to become permanent. This is primarily a sales and business development role, and is a fantastic opportunity for a social-media savvy, results-oriented candidate to scale and take ownership in a dynamic, established start up entering its next phase of growth. This role has huge potential to make a substantial impact in shaping KatKin's approach to working with content creators and influencers.

You will:

  • Identify and engage with UK-based influencers who align with KatKin’s values, product, and audience across multiple social channels.
  • Build genuine relationships, coordinate product sending and negotiate campaigns, with a focus on driving customer acquisition.
  • Monitor influencer content, engagement and conversion to evaluate campaign success and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content styles to identify new growth opportunities and keep strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Have ownership over budgets, work towards ambitious acquisition targets, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Manager to strategize and plan impactful acquisition initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen and scale these strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s voice and values, ensuring influencer content aligns with our messaging.
  • Create creative briefs for campaigns and work with influencers to produce authentic, engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid social and brand, to drive cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Sales and targets driven mindset - highly motivated to overachieve and can work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, digital marketing or influencer marketing role is a plus.
  • Skilled in time management, able to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Eager to take responsibility and ownership of projects.
  • Passionate about social media and influencers, with potential content creation experience.
