You'll take ownership of managing our Direct Sales team - our Brand Ambassadors attend events, pop ups, and cat shows across the UK to strike up conversations with cat parents, and share our mission to change cats lives for the better.
As our Sales Manager, you'll be in charge of growing our team of freelance salespeople, nurturing, training and motivating them to thrive.
You'll take the reins of one of our fastest growing and most dynamic teams, driving performance, shaking up the pet food industry, and helping cats live happier and healthier live Lead our sales team with confidence and initiative.

Experienced - you've worked in a sales environment, ideally leading or coaching a team.
Self-starting - you get stuck into unstructured projects and run with them.
