KatKin is a UK-based fresh cat food company committed to cat health. We produce 100% human-quality meat, gently cooked and frozen to preserve freshness.

Our Direct Sales team participates in UK lifestyle events, railway stations, retail spaces and cat shows. As Logistics Coordinator you take ownership of expanding this channel. This hands-on role starts as a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility of becoming full time. You will ensure activations are set up and broken down smoothly, assets look perfect, and supplies are stocked. You will lead a team of freelance logistics coordinators, brief them, and act as their main point of contact. Personal involvement in setting up and breaking down key events is required, and a full UK driving licence is mandatory.

You’ll be part of a fast growing team, driving change in the cat food industry.

Key ownership areas:
  • Manage the logistics chain, ensuring seamless experiences for cat parents, event organisers, and freelance Brand Ambassadors.
  • Lead, onboard, train and brief a team of freelance logistics contractors to maintain high standards.
  • Develop logistics processes, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
  • Set up and break down events across the UK, personally handling operations (full UK driving licence required).
  • Maintain assets to keep the KatKin brand polished at every activation.
  • Manage budget and stock across activations, keeping the team on target.
