The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join KatKin on a full-time contract. This is primarily a sales role, and is a fantastic opportunity for a social-media savvy, results-oriented candidate to scale and take ownership in a dynamic, established start up entering its next phase of growth. The influencer team plays a critical role in driving KatKin's growth — building trust with new cat parents, shaping brand perception, and fueling customer acquisition. As one of the key growth channels, the team is supported across the business, with close collaboration from creative, growth, and data teams to continually test, learn, and scale what works. This role sits within the Influencer marketing team, reporting into the Influencer Marketing Manager.

Key ownership areas

  • Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the YouTube influencer programme, ensuring consistent acquisition growth and performance while maintaining strong working relationships with creators and talent agents.
  • Identify and engage with UK-based influencers who align with KatKin's values, product, and audience across YouTube. Coordinate product sending, negotiate campaign fees inline with commercial goals, and focus on driving customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators — establishing connections from the start and working closely with them to drive growth, engagement, and measurable campaign results.
  • Monitor influencer content, engagement and conversion to evaluate campaign success and uncover areas for improvement. Stay updated on platform trends, and innovative content styles to identify new growth opportunities and keep strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Have ownership over budgets, work towards ambitious acquisition targets, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Manager to strategize and plan impactful acquisition initiatives. Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen and scale these strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's voice and values, ensuring influencer content aligns with our messaging. Create creative briefs for campaigns and work with influencers to produce authentic, engaging content that reflects the brand's identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid social and brand, to drive cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Who we are looking for:

  • Sales and targets driven mindset - highly motivated to overachieve and can work independently.
  • +1 year of experience in influencer marketing (preferred).
  • Skilled in time management, able to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Eager to take responsibility and ownership of projects.
  • Strong creative minds and interests in shaping content directions and concepts.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
