THE ROLE
As our Growth Lead, you’ll drive KatKin’s long-term growth by building, testing, and scaling acquisition channels with a focus on our Refer a Friend programme, whilst scaling Inserts and Affiliates. You’ll be driving New Channel testing, like TV, or crucial commercial levers such as optimising our trial box offer. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth and requires a balance of creativity, analytical rigour, and fast execution. You’ll be equally comfortable brainstorming new ideas with our creative team as you are creating commercial reporting models, interviewing customers, or presenting LTV insights to leadership. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and Creative. You need to build strong partnerships with your stakeholders to drive your projects forward. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you’ll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company. Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and motivation, so a proactive attitude is a must.
KEY OWNERSHIP AREAS
- Lead and optimise KatKin’s Refer a Friend, Affiliates, and Insert programmes, maximising efficiency and scalability.
- Use data & insight to identify our biggest opportunities for testing.
- Own the testing roadmaps, move quickly to learn quickly, and report back learnings to the wider team.
- Partner with Product, Creative & Data teams to make your experiments come to life.
- Work with Data team to improve our attribution/incrementality testing methodologies across the entire Growth Team.
- Identify new opportunities for Growth outside of your core channels e.g. defining & testing new offer mechanics, or launching TV/OOH.
- Partner with agencies and platforms to launch and scale new acquisition channels, turning successful pilots into repeatable playbooks.
- Support Senior management on acquisition forecasting.
- Ensure transparent communication and efficient stakeholder management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in growth and/or performance marketing with a proven track record of execution in high-growth, fast-paced, and product-led businesses.
- High level of numeracy and the ability to dig into data and inform decision-making.
- Creative thinking - the ability to translate data and customer insights into a creative lever.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- You love to collaborate, and set the standard for quality of work.
