KatKin goes hardcore for cat health. We make the UK’s most popular fresh cat food: 100% human-quality meat, gently cooked, and frozen for freshness. Where the competition cuts corners, we put cat wellbeing first. No shortcuts. No secret recipes. We’re cutting the fluff, thinking fresh and channelling hardcore love into industry-wide change.

Our Direct Sales team pops up at the UK’s busiest lifestyle events, retail spaces, railways stations, and cat shows. We deliver brand activations to connect with cat parents, share our mission of changing cats’ lives for the better, and sign them up to trial our regular deliveries of the healthiest diet available for their cat.

As our Events Coordinator in Manchester, you’ll take ownership of making this team bigger and better – scouting, booking and planning new activations & pop‑ups across the North of England, developing our strategy, and managing execution. You will have access to our London team events coordinators' playbook, on top of daily support, both in person and online.

  • Build relationships with bookers, securing us the best spots at the best rates.
  • Innovate our strategy, using data insights to track performance and improve at each activation.
  • Manage budget and stock across all of our activations, keeping us on target and ready to go throughout the year.
  • Get creative, collaborate with our creative team to help us stand out visually, and make sure the KatKin brand pops at every opportunity.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experienced – you have a background in event planning, experiential marketing, or similar.
  • Detail oriented – you have high standards, and are driven to execute each event perfectly.
  • Self‑starter – you relish a challenge, and always find a way around obstacles.
  • Growth minded – you operate at speed, and are excited by the opportunity to scale your channel ambitiously.
  • Organised – you’re a multi‑tasker, who delivers on deadlines.
  • Creative thinker – you spot opportunities and bring them to life.
  • People person – you love building relationships, and are a confident negotiator.
  • Problem solver – you jump on problems, and have a plan to solve them.
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or similar is a bonus.

What We Offer:

  • Extensive growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, VC‑backed scale‑up.
  • No egos and a small close‑knit team.
  • Regular team & company socials, team lunch on Mondays provided.
