An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly organised individual to support a global company based in Solihull. This is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for getting the job done.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of pre-planned training and educational events by completing all associated administrative and logistical tasks, including coordination of materials, delegate communications, scheduling, and system updates to ensure smooth and effective event delivery.
- Providing administrative support by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring all information is handled in line with GDPR requirements and internal data protection policies.
- Maintaining accurate budget and financial records related to training activities including processing invoices and tracking spend.
- Acting as the main point of contact for training-related enquiries by managing a shared inbox, triaging incoming requests, responding where appropriate, and escalating queries to the relevant stakeholders.
