A fantastic, organisation with exceptional offices is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join them as a Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. Working as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the businesses front of house function. This business prides itself on its provision of excellent client service and the reception function plays a pivotal part in this. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordination of meeting rooms, bookings and catering requests in order to facilitate all relevant meetings Professional meet and greet catering for all visitors requirements Liaison with various departments across the business in order to ensure smooth running of the function Setting up all AV equipment Helping with the set up and operations of events and seminars on site Adherence to health and safety policies and business continuity plans Elements of ad hoc administration including reporting and support of Client Services Manager Assisting with all facilities relates issuesPrior Reception experience is preferred but experience within hospitality is just as desirable and a quality focused individual who is keen to work in a front facing environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills alongside a strong work ethic and a real passion for providing the best client service possible!
