A corporate but yet professional business based in the heart of Birmingham are seeking a confident, adaptable and professional Operations and Office Manager to help lead their Birmingham and London offices on a full time, permanent basis. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with prior Operations or Office/ Business Management experience to take on a new opportunity to help lead a close knit Admin team of 5 individuals alongside leading all things operations for the firm. This fully office based role is a great chance to lead a motivated and collaborative team and help them through their next phases of growth. You will be responsible for all facilities and office management for 2 offices, lead a team of 5 individuals, manage the compliance and accreditations for the company ie ISO accreditations alongside assist with HR and finance where needed.
No two days will be the same in this role and you must be happy to work in a fluid and evolving environment and you will lead on process and policy environment. You will liase with a property management team for any property related issues, manage all IT problems, assist the HR team with any day to day operational issues, supporting with the development and mentoring of a team of PA and Receptionists. Further to this you will be responsible for managing the firm through audits and ISO Accreditations alongside liaising with clients and adhoc project support.The successful candidate will have solid Operational and Office Management experience from working within a SME-Medium sized business from within a professional services environment. You will have managed a small team of admin or PA staff previously and have led on ISO accreditation. You will be a professional, flexible and driven candidate with a great work ethic
