The Role
Administration Team Leader for international Law Firm
Salary: £28-30k
Manchester City Centre, office based, full time, permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and training the office assistants in the office
- Dealing with any requests internally on the task management systems
- Ensuring the resource allocation is met for the business needs
- Ensuring deadlines are met internally
- Liaising with the reception team for reception cover and any support needed
- Coordinating any maintenance and facilities requests
The Experience:
For this role you would need previous experience managing a team and/or facilities in a corporate environment or working within reprographics prior would also be ideal.
