Job Description:
Our client, a leading international consultancy in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director (MD). This role combines executive support with strategic involvement, office management, and high-level project coordination.
The successful candidate will serve as the right-hand to the MD, ensuring efficient management of his schedule and operations, and oversee the smooth running of the Birmingham office. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the MD’s diary, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Creating and polishing executive presentations, reports, and briefing papers.
- Analyzing financial and business data to generate insightful reports.
- Conducting research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Overseeing internal projects and managing office operations.
- Acting as a liaison and first point of contact for the MD, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Candidates should be:
