Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to build a career in the legal sector? We’re currently seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic legal team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and wants to play a key support role across a range of legal departments.In this varied and rewarding position, you’ll be supporting legal professionals including solicitors and barristers, by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, and printing.Compile, copy, and archive critical legal documents to ensure timely submission and compliance.Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.Support internal and external events, taking a proactive and enthusiastic role in their coordination.Use external CRM systems to arrange and book legal staff when required.Manage diaries, scheduling appointments, and notifying relevant individuals of any updates.What We’re Looking For:Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach.Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or corporate environment.Background in or exposure to the legal sector (studying or working) is advantageous but not essential.This is a role with real potential for growth and development for the right person.
