Executive Assistant to the Directors

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our growing property client for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their newly established Birmingham City Centre head office.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to become a trusted partner to the leadership team during an exciting period of growth.

Supporting one Director on a day-to-day basis, with additional support to two Managing Directors when required, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary, inbox and calendar management.
  • Coordinating meetings, Board packs and executive communications.
  • Managing UK and international travel arrangements.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents.
  • Supporting business projects and tracking key actions.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience supporting Directors or senior leadership.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience within construction, property or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
