We are searching for a HR Business Partner to help on a 12-month FTC on a nationwide restructuring project to join an industry leading construction business based in beautiful offices in central Birmingham City Centre! The salary for this role is between £50-55k a year depending on prior experience. This is a role you can make your own and is looking for someone who is confident to take the lead on the restructuring process in this project.
The Role
- Lead and adopt restructuring activities which would include redundancy, re-deployment, internal move.
- Plan and assist meetings with managers and employees which would stem from briefing to formal consultation sessions.
- HR support operationally which would include drafting letters, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Helping on employee relations including change management and organisational design changes.
- Aligning with leadership teams to align workforce planning with the future growth strategy.
- Working collaboratively with senior HR colleagues.
- Supporting any other project administration and managing your own workload.
You will need
- Previous experience working within operational senior HR experience in construction, on a large-scale aspect.
- Confidence to chair and assist with HR meetings.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team player, willing to help out on all levels of the role.
