Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly payroll for approximately 80-100 employees, working with the external payroll provider and managing payroll-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records on Workday, process employee changes, and produce HR reports for UK and European stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, onboarding, and inductions.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including absence management, probation, maternity, offboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant, support audits and policy updates, contribute to HR projects, and act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.

Experience

Previous experience in a HR administration, payroll or combined role is essential for this role, preferably from professional service, corporate or similar background.
