We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist for a growing tech firm! This role is based in Birmingham, working two days in the office in a progressive, fast-moving SaaS environment. This role is very much suited to someone who has prior experience in working in Customer Success, or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully onboard new clients, supporting them towards success.
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure success for them.
- Provide thorough training and support to clients.
- Using the CRM system to accurately manage and track all activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure growth of the product.
- Driving growth and inputting new ideas to encourage customer engagement.
- Working towards your targets successfully, identifying opportunities to upsell.
Essential:
