Client Services Executive

We're excited to be partnering with a growing international property firm to recruit a Client Services Executive for their stunning new Birmingham offices.

This is a brand‑new role with the opportunity to truly make it your own.

As the face of the business, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for clients, candidates, contractors and visitors, while providing high‑quality operational and administrative support across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, contractors and visitors, delivering a warm, professional and memorable experience.
  • Confidently host client visits, leadership meetings and external guests, acting as a true brand ambassador.
  • Manage visitor registration, office access and meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor office budgets and authorise routine office purchases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, building management and external service providers.
  • Coordinate office moves, workspace planning and day‑to‑day facilities management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office health and safety compliance.
  • Support employee engagement by working closely with HR to coordinate office events, wellbeing initiatives and internal activities.
  • Provide wider business support, including travel arrangements, document preparation, reporting and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a busy, fast‑paced corporate environment, ideally within professional services, property, recruitment or a similar client‑facing business.
  • A proactive, forward‑thinking approach with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for delivering first‑class customer service.
