We are recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a growing professional services organisation through mergers, acquisitions and business transformation.
This is a key role focused on managing the people side of change, ensuring smooth integration, strong stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to business operations and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and integration plans.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, leadership teams and employees.
- Lead change impact assessments, business readiness and adoption activities.
- Manage internal communications, training and employee engagement throughout integration.
- Support cultural alignment, talent retention and successful organisational transitions.
- Monitor change risks, measure success and report on progress and benefits.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering business change and organisational transformation.
- Background in mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in business readiness, training and change adoption.
- A degree or equivalent experience, with Prosci or an equivalent change management qualification.
