The role involves providing short term specialist risk management to support the full implementation and embedding of the firm's risk management framework. Working alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance and in collaboration with key business stakeholders, you will:

  • Review and enhance the firm's risk management framework
  • Support implementation of the risk platform
  • Facilitate risk identification workshops across business areas
  • Populate and validate risk registers and associate records
  • Develop meaningful risk MI and reporting dashboards
  • Provide coaching to first- and second line colleagues

Skills and Experience:

  • Track record of successful implementation and embedding of risk management frameworks within FCA regulated firms
  • Experience supporting firms through risk management maturity and capability building programmes
  • Ability to operate in a hands on capacity while collaborating and influencing senior management and governance forums
