As Brand Manager at Joma Jewellery, you’ll shape campaigns and brand moments that capture our Katie Loxton story, ensuring each initiative delivers impact across all channels. This hands‑on role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, Copy, Product, and PR to keep projects on track and uphold the brand identity.
The role operates Monday‑Friday, 9 am–5 pm, with flexible hybrid working from our Banbury office three days a week.
How You’ll Contribute
- Build and lead the development and delivery of brand campaigns in line with our seasonal calendar and brand strategy.
- Act as the go‑to brand guardian, ensuring consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
- Own and manage campaign briefs for Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams.
- Maintain and update the Katie Loxton Marketing Calendar, working closely with Ecommerce and Merchandising to streamline planning at seasonal, monthly, and weekly levels.
- Be the central point of contact for campaign launches, product drops, sales, and promotions.
- Manage the full campaign planning process, aligning teams on objectives, product priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Create photography and video shoot briefs, ensuring clear product details, channel needs, and creative direction.
- Partner with our PR agency to support launch objectives and strategy.
- Deliver PR and press events in collaboration with PR, Social, and Influencer teams.
The Talent You’ll Bring
- Experience creating impactful brand marketing campaigns in a fast‑paced B2C environment.
- Proven brand‑management experience across fashion, beauty, jewellery or accessory categories.
- Prior work with PR agencies or in-house PR activity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with strong brand‑alignment awareness.
- Practical, hands‑on approach paired with strategic awareness.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment.
- Fashion or accessories industry experience a plus.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
