We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Shoot Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning, production and delivery of all photoshoots across B2B and B2C. Our Creative team's mission is to bring the brand to life through stunning, consistent and commercially impactful imagery, creating visuals that tell our story, showcase our products, and connect with customers across all touchpoints.
In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of every shoot, from pre-production through post-production. You will drive impact by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to the process, enabling the Creative team to focus on producing inspiring, on-brand imagery that captures the essence of our brands, engages customers, and delivers commercial results. You will oversee the meticulous planning of all campaign, content, and e-commerce shoots, supported by clear communication, effective logistics, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.
You will work closely with the Head of Content, Creative Shoot Manager, Design, Marketing, Ecommerce and Retouch teams, managing multiple shoots across brands, seasons and locations from in-house studio productions to on-location shoots in the UK and abroad. You will make sure workflows are streamlined, teams are aligned, and creative output is delivered to the highest standard while staying on time and on budget, ultimately helping the Creative team achieve their mission of elevating the brand visually and commercially.
How You'll Contribute
- Lead and manage the end-to-end production of all photoshoots, including pre-production planning, on-set management and post-production delivery.
- Work closely with the Head of Content and Creative Shoot Manager to interpret creative briefs, supporting the creation of shoot documentation and schedules.
- Translate creative concepts into fully realised shoots overseeing location scouting, model bookings, lighting, props, equipment and logistics.
- Coordinate all pre-production, production and post-production phases, including travel, accommodation, vans, call sheets and on-set requirements, with support from Junior Producers.
- Ensure all models, crew and locations are on-brand, properly contracted and signed off, managing usage rights and bookings efficiently.
- Partner with Buying and Product Design teams to understand product priorities and seasonal messaging.
- Lead and manage the Retouch team to ensure images are delivered accurately, on time and with high quality, overseeing retouch feedback and sign-off processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-set issues quickly to avoid delays or additional costs, ensuring smooth shoot execution.
- Manage sample preparation, logistics and transport for shoots, including van loading/unloading and supporting the wider team with set operations.
- Deliver all imagery for ecommerce, campaigns and content, ensuring assets are correctly managed, stored and accessible in line with business critical paths.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring imagery is delivered on time and meets creative and commercial requirements.
- Support shoot budget tracking, managing costs effectively across multiple projects.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and models to innovate and maintain a competitive visual edge.
- Support critical path management with the Creative Shoot Manager and Creative Project Manager to ensure accurate scheduling, resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.
The Talent You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing and delivering high-quality photoshoots and campaigns in retail or lifestyle brands across UK and Europe; USA experience desirable.
- Strong production expertise across pre-production, on-set management and post-production.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple brands and seasonal shoots simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear, concise communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative delivery with commercial priorities.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; Capture One experience desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising Junior Producers or creative teams.
- Confident communicating with Senior Management, Heads of Department and Directors.
- UK driving licence and ability to drive manual.
