Project Manager (Property Services) in Wolverhampton

Our client is a leading international firm seeking a talented Project Manager to join their Birmingham team, delivering a range of impactful operational projects within Land Development and Infrastructure . This role works as part of a wider project management team based in Birmingham.

As Project Manager, you will drive key projects and cyclical activities as well as overseeing wider strategic initiatives across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with operational and Senior business partners and directors throughout a significant transformation period for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver concurrent projects from inception to completion, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes
• Managing project budgets
• Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Develop and execute effective communication plans and project status updates
• Support, organise, and participate in high-profile meetings with senior leadership, managing actions and project data
• Manage risk and project schedules
• Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and report on project progress
• Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, governance, and automation
• Act as an escalation point for project-related queries

About You

• Proven experience managing large projects
• Project Management Methodology – Prince/Agile
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Budget and risk management experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects
