An excellent role has arisen for a receptionist to join a glossy and modern law firm based in Birmingham City Centre! The working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm and is offering £27k a year. As a receptionist you will be the face of the Birmingham office and will be working in the main reception area. By providing a quality reception service, the main duties would include: * Meeting and greeting internal and external clients are they arrive at the office * Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting to the appropriate person * Ensuring catering and presentational requirements are provided for each booking room and events * Assisting with preparation and running marketing events in office when needed * Maintain and arrange audio visual equipment, liaising with the IT team for updates and providing support for the meetings * Setting up and helping with events and conferences so some additional hours may be required for this role For this role you will need to have a positive, professional and calm manner, excellent communication skills, willingness to represent the company and a readiness to learn.
