Project Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a leading property provider known for its collaborative culture, innovation, and commitment to professional development. This role offers hands-on involvement in delivering high-quality projects within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of compliant, well-managed projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality project activities in line with company and client standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, logs, and databases
  • Monitor project quality, progress, risks, and performance, escalating issues as required
  • Support task allocation, performance management, and quality oversight within the project team
  • Provide line management support to junior team members
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Support quality assurance activities alongside the Project Manager and Technical Consultant

Key Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience of managing end-to-end projects, and managing risk
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment
  • Proven leadership or task-management experience (minimum one year)
  • Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident interpreting plans, maps, and detailed reports
  • Experience managing large-scale mail-outs is desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
