Our client is a leading international firm seeking a talented Project Manager to join their Birmingham team, delivering a range of impactful operational projects within Land Development and Infrastructure . This role works as part of a wider project management team based in Birmingham.
As Project Manager, you will drive key projects and cyclical activities as well as overseeing wider strategic initiatives across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with operational and Senior business partners and directors throughout a significant transformation period for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver concurrent projects from inception to completion, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes
- Managing project budgets
- Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Develop and execute effective communication plans and project status updates
- Support, organise, and participate in high-profile meetings with senior leadership, managing actions and project data
- Manage risk and project schedules
- Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and report on project progress
- Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, governance, and automation
- Act as an escalation point for project-related queries
About You:
- Proven experience managing large projects
- Project Management Methodology – Prince/Agile
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Budget and risk management experience.
