This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing high-level support to fee earners while managing complex workflows and confidential client matters.
Based at their stunning city centre offices in Birmingham.
You will also benefit from hybrid working.
The role will entail: Handle client enquiries and communications with professionalism and cultural awareness.
Manage complex diaries, international travel, meetings and agendas.
Prepare pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions.
Coordinate events, training sessions and client briefings.
Monitor team inboxes, draft correspondence and manage communications.
Provide cross-team administrative support and assist with workflow management.
Support billing, invoicing, expenses and financial administration.
Maintain compliance, information security and data-handling standards.
Applicants must have: Experience as a PA.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
