A spectacular organisation in the City Centre are looking for an experienced People and Culture Assistant to join their team on a full time basis for a dynamic and multi-layered role within the Birmingham City Centre offices , 4 days in office, 1 day a week WFH . The successful candidate will possess previous experience within a busy and fast paced environment in a true generalist role and will be expected to carry out the following duties: Primarily , man age the day to day performance and delivery of the team Helping manager and advise line managers with ER cases Advising on low to high level ER cases Organise and carry out regular one to ones and annual performance reviews Supporting with learn ing and development related projects Provide specific project support for annual activities including promotions, performance management etc Manage and maintain process improvements Onboarding and offboarding of employees Helping with policy and procedures HR Project management Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant must possess the following qualities: Minimum of 2/3 years experience within a HR assistant level role Ideally CIPD level 3 qualification In depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures Exceptional time management and planning abilities Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Good Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities This is a fantastic company to work for in fabulous first class central offices.
