Calling all Legal PAs! An amazing opportunity has presented itself for a legal PA to join a progressive and modern law firm based in Birmingham City Centre, offering up to 32-35k a year, with excellent benefits and 50/50 hybrid working. In this role you would be supporting various levels of fee earners from paralegal, solicitor, and partner and within this role you would be involved with the below: – Diary and travel management – Organising and planning regular meetings for internal and external stakeholders – Arranging necessary equipment and refreshments – Acting as a point of contact for liaising with clients and colleagues – Screening calls and assisting with client queries for phone and email – Preparing and submitting expenses – Managing end to end file management – Financial administration including billing of files – Any other administration duties It is essential to have solid previous legal PA experience and/or experience working as a PA in a professional service environment.
