We are seeking an exceptional Office Operations Manager to oversee the operational excellence of our clientβs entrepreneurial practice across both Birmingham and London offices. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating the foundation that enables creative teams to flourish. This role is office based.
As Office Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations whilst driving strategic initiatives that support our continued growth. Working closely with the Executive team, you will shape and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, maintain high standards, and foster an exceptional workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of business operation:
- You will be instrumental in maintaining ISO accreditations, managing budgets, and ensuring that internal systems and processes support creative ambitions.
- You will oversee the running of both Birmingham and London offices, requiring monthly travel between locations to maintain consistent operational standards.
- As line manager to a small support team, you will foster their professional development whilst ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Working alongside the Executive team, you will contribute to developing operational strategies that align with business objectives.
- Your role encompasses complete responsibility for company health and safety compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintained across both locations.
- Some facilities support including acting as project manager for internal refurbishments and improvements.
- Quality assurance falls within your remit, as you will be responsible for ensuring internal QA processes and manage ISO accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement including GDPR.
- Your role extends to implementing and championing all internal systems and processes, serving as the guardian of operational efficiency.
- You will monitor and control company branding consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining the professional image that reflects excellence.
Applicants must have experience of the above particularly operational in a medium to large business ideally across multiple sites. Experience in Corporate or a similar setting is important. People management experience is also essential.
