This role is split between family & matrimonial, Corporate, and commercial. Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including Legal Counsel.
- Coordinating and delivering well-prepared executive meetings, handling logistics, venues, and producing polished agendas and presentations.
- Supporting executive reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Organising international and domestic travel, creating detailed, well-structured itineraries and managing all logistics.
- Delivering a consistently high standard of professional secretarial support, including the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach.
