A fantastic global professional services firm are looking for a high-energy PA for a fantastic opportunity in their central London offices (hybrid). This unique business is forward-thinking and boasts a fantastic benefits package.

As the successful applicant you will be responsible for the following tasks in a professional and efficient manner:

  • Expert management of all calls and queries ensuring messages are passed on in a timely manner
  • Coordination of all outgoing calls both internally and externally in order to pass on messages and direct calls appropriately
  • Production of letters and documentation including drafting of emails on behalf of the head of service
  • Management of the company car fleet, holiday bookings and sickness reporting
  • Travel arrangements and diary management
  • Leading with any project management related tasks

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant within a global professional services environment (supporting a Head of Department previously is key), ideally within legal or financial services. You will have great IT skills, great communication and teamwork skills alongside showing great adaptability and flexibility.
