My client, a prestigious professional services firm, is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Assistant to join their innovative team. This is your opportunity to shape the learning journey of hundreds of professionals while working alongside industry-leading experts.
As the L&D Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our learning operations, orchestrating development programmes that transform careers. You will collaborate with seasoned L&D Managers and Consultants, ensuring every training initiative runs flawlessly from concept to completion.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Working closely with the L&D team to utilise the Learning Management System, creating compelling advertisements that drive engagement, and monitoring participation levels.
- Managing feedback processes, generating insightful reports, and keeping the intranet pages fresh and informative.
- Drafting contracts, processing global invoices, and maintaining budget spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Handling everything from conference materials to dining arrangements with finesse.
- Building relationships with internal clients or external facilitators as you will be the trusted point of contact.
- Working on bespoke L&D projects and client training events that make a real difference to careers and organisations.
Applicants MUST have a professional services background (ideally within the legal sector).
