Job Description

My client, with is an international service provider with a true focus on innovation. An opportunity has arisen in their HR team for a proactive Junior ER Advisor to join their team.

As a key part of a close-knit team, you will work alongside senior HR professionals to support offices across the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with HR generalist experience, looking to specialise further in Employee Relations or enhance their ER knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, both via email and through calls or meetings, always delivering confident, policy-aligned support.
  • Be a first point of contact for line managers, assisting with a range of queries and providing assurance on everyday HR matters.
  • Manage non-complex ER cases, including: Probation processes (reminders, extensions, and terminations) Capability plans (PIPs) and Absence management
  • Respond to general HR policy queries and support on ER projects.
  • Attend and minute meetings as required.
  • Support with exit interviews and leaver process documentation.

Applicants must have:

Demonstrable experience in a broad HR support or advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Some exposure to Employee Relations cases

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
