A reputable property business based in Lichfield are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner, on a full time, permanent basis . If you have previous HRBP experience, preferably within a similar field, strong organization skills and an eye for detail and are keen to join a close knit team, then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy a hybrid role, working 4 days in office and 1 day at home, as well as a salary of up to 55k! This role is a generalist HR role and you will be responsible for working with the Head of HR to deliver strategies. This will include; * Driving employee engagement * Enhancing the employee lifecycle * Building relationships throughout the business at all levels * Promoting a positive employee culture * Supporting on staff development * Employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances * Supporting on HR policies The ideal candidate will possess solid HR experience at a similar level, as well as possess their CIPD Level 5.
