A leading, complex organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to take on the role of HR Shared Services Team Leader within its established HR function. Operating within a policy-led and process-driven environment, this position plays a key role in ensuring the consistent and compliant delivery of HR operations across a national remit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small HR Shared Services team, driving performance, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining adherence to established policies and governance frameworks. Working as part of a wider global HR team, the role requires a confident leader who can balance operational delivery with people management. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing both team performance and service outcomes to ensure a seamless and efficient HR support function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of HR Shared Services Administrators
- Managing team performance, workload allocation and service delivery standards
- Ensuring HR processes are delivered consistently in line with policy and compliance requirements
