Our global specialist client is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate HR Assistant to join their innovative team in Solihull for an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity. This dynamic role offers the perfect blend of generalist HR responsibilities and Learning & Development support, providing invaluable experience across the full spectrum of people operations. You will be working within a supportive HR team whilst making a real impact on both operational excellence and strategic people initiatives.

This varied and exciting role will entail taking ownership of wellbeing programmes at the company headquarters, designing and implementing engaging activities that boost employee satisfaction and workplace culture. The role encompasses end-to-end recruitment support, from crafting compelling job descriptions through to participating in interview panels and managing seamless onboarding experiences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing payroll processes and supporting critical annual reviews, whilst also serving as the go-to person for employee queries and stakeholder communications.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining essential HR documentation and supporting performance management processes across the organisation.
  • Providing technical support for the company's learning platform, coordinating career development programmes, and creating professional learning resources.
  • Analysing training feedback data to drive continuous improvement and support regulatory compliance reporting.

Applicants will be educated to degree level or equivalent with approximately 12 months of HR or relevant experience who demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for HR or Learning & Development.
