HR Assistant for International Brand Birmingham City Centre - Parking onsite - Office Based We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our Client.

This is a vital role supporting the UK HR BP, helping to ensure HR compliance and supporting a positive employee experience from recruitment through to exit.

This role is a people facing role that is the heart of team.

The role is newly created so an ample opportunity for growth.

The role combines day-to-day HR administration with opportunities to support wider HR projects, employee relations, and initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.

The role will entail: Assisting with the recruitment process – advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, conducting background and right-to-work checks, and preparing new starter documentation.

Support onboarding for new employees, including those joining through acquisitions and mergers.

Supporting with payroll nationally Conduct exit interviews and assist in gathering feedback for retention improvements.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries relating to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Help manage employee records and databases Support with updating employment policies and drafting new ones where required.

Assist in implementing employee benefits, wellness and performance management programmes.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and in-house development initiatives.

Produce HR reports and contribute to People
