Backed by significant investment, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth through acquisition, with ambitious plans to expand its UK office network over the next two years.
To support this next stage of growth, they are creating a brand-new Group Head of Facilities role.
Reporting directly to the C-Suite, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Group's Facilities function, developing the strategy, standards and governance required to support a growing multi-site business.
Rather than inheriting an established department, you will have the opportunity to shape it.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop and deliver a Facilities strategy that supports business growth while ensuring every office provides a safe, compliant and professional working environment.

The role includes responsibility for facilities strategy, operational delivery and building a scalable function to support the firm's continued growth.

Leading both hard and soft Facilities Management across multiple locations.
Managing supplier relationships, procurement and service contracts.
Overseeing facilities budgets and capital expenditure.
