We have a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and HR administrator to join an exciting Events business based near Northampton on initially an 8-week temporary assignment! This would be full time on site, 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday for £13.50-£15 per hour dependent on experience.
The main duties for this role include:
- Onboarding new starters
- Updating information on the recruitment portal
- Scheduling rotas
- Updating contact information
- Ensuring month end costs are accurate
- Inputting hours for payroll and pay rates
- Processing new starters and leavers onto the system
- Providing any other ad hoc support
Experience needed for this role includes strong administration skills, ideally within HR or recruitment.
