A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the international Director of a high-growth organisation during a transformative period. This is a pivotal role for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and is confident operating at the highest levels of an organisation.
Acting as a trusted partner to the International Director, you will provide exceptional executive support, ensure seamless communication, and help drive strategic priorities across the business. The role requires impeccable judgement, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate a dynamic landscape with discretion, professionalism, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex diary and travel arrangements, expenses, confidential correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Protect and optimise the International Director's time, ensuring focus on strategic and commercial priorities.
- Act as a professional representative of the International Director when communicating with clients, partners, Board members, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure clear communication and effective flow of information.
- Track decisions, actions, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up across senior leadership.
- Support project coordination relating to acquisitions, change initiatives, and operational improvement.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and anticipate emerging risks, issues, or opportunities.
- Serve as the International Director administrative liaison to the Board, ensuring all materials are prepared, collated, and distributed accurately and on time.
- Manage version control and maintain key governance documentation.
- Keep International Director's materials up to date, including biography, headshot, and leadership profiles.
- Draft internal and external communications aligned with the International Director's tone.
Applicants must have 5 years plus C Suite level Executive Assistant experience (C-Suite) within a large corporate or professional services setting. Experience of managing complex organisational structures in a high growth environment is key supported by strong project skills.
