A fantastic, internationally recognised law firm is looking for an experienced individual for a team leader position within their busy Birmingham office. Based in the centre of the city, this role will require you to directly line manager a team of Post and Admin role in a highly busy role. This firm boast an excellent benefits package as well as a diverse and fast-paced working environment. This role is fully office based Monday to Friday. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the following:
Line management of the facilities and admin team including all daily queries as well as regular one-to-ones
Coordinate the workload within the team whilst consistently ensuring all service levels and targets are met
Development and roll out of new procedures through liaison with the entirety of the facilities team
Management of all reprographics and post
Ensuring all documents are prepared and collated and creating bundles to tight deadlines.
Responsibility of the presentation of the front of house and client areas through accurate monitoring of the departmental budget
Organisation of health and safety for the wider office
Management of the businesses post facility through liaison with couriers and internal parties
This is a full-time permanent role for which you must possess existing experience within a Facilities/Post Room role or similar within a professional services firm. You will ideally have exposure to Reprographics and the Post alongside strong IT Skills. People Management experience is preferred.
